I am doing the ssh sessions to bandit out of an ssh session to a Linux server on our network. Note: I have tried pasting the passwords into Notepad to make sure there's no weird formatting, then copying and pasting out of Notepad into PuTTY but that does not work. Can anyone tell me if there is some trick in ssh/PuTTY to get the paste function working at a password prompt? The passwords are over 30 characters long so they are a pain to type in manually. My PuTTY settings are the default and pasting works fine for the ssh command using a right click, so it's not a problem with how PuTTY is configured to paste. I can paste in the ssh command (with the usual right click) but the password won't paste except maybe one time out of 10 or 20 times it will work and I'm not doing anything different the occasional time it works. I cannot get PuTTY to let me paste in the password. 
You ssh to each level and put in the password, then do something to find out the password for the next level. I am going thru the levels on this site to learn Linux better:
